 M-INDUSTRY's history comes as far back as 1993 and starts with founding a company involved in separate types of construction jobs.
In 1995, the first general contract for the construction of residential buildings in Pushkin, suburb of Saint- Petersburg, was obtained. This project successful fulfillment strengthened the Company's position on the construction market. By 1996, 4 residential buildings had been built with its participation in St.-Petersburg and suburbs thereof.
Since 1997, M-INDUSTRY has realized full complex of works from making an architectural design to turnkey commissioning of a residential building. With most objects the Company acts as a Builder, Client, General Investor, and General Contractor. From 1997 to 2004, 14 residential complexes of 235.645,00 sq.m. in total area were built with the Company's participation. All the realized projects had stable financial support, high quality level, and were timely commissioned. During the above covered period, the Company's strategy was mainly based on developing business thereof within one and the same construction industry.
In 2002, M-INDUSTRY entered a new stage of development, mainly aimed at branching out and new lines opening. It was the year when the largest in the Leningrad region Stroydetal concrete product works amalgamated with the Company. In 2003, Closed Joint Stock Company M-INDUSTRY Construction Association was established, acting as a Customer of residential objects construction. Summer 2004 is known for founding of ZAO T-Beton enterprise, involved in the manufacture of hi- tech structural units of ferroconcrete elements. In November, 2004, ZAO “Construction Engineering Technologies” was registered that specialized in design and mounting of internal engineering service lines on residential, industrial, and civil buildings.
By the beginning of 2005, M-INDUSTRY had consisted of six companies. Construction volume exceeded 300.000,00 sq.m. Business restructuring became the next step of the Company's development. Advanced lines of development formed the independent structures within 2006, thus strengthening M-INDUSTRY's positions in different sectors of the real estate market. So, the Company entered a new world standard conforming quality level of development.
Today M-INDUSTRY consists of 23 enterprises that jointly provide the full range of services in production, construction, engineering, development, and real estate management. 500.000,00 sq.m. of residential area in St.-Petersburg are at different stages of realization. Six projects in Sochi (Krasnodarsky Krai) are under development and construction. Sufficient experience has been accumulated in the sphere of management, coordination, and control of investment and construction projects, stable contacts with the largest builders, general contractors, manufacturers, building materials and equipment suppliers have been established.
The Company actively develops new business lines, including suburb houses and commercial objects construction, it extends its presence on the regional market (Kaliningrad, Krasnodarsky Krai), where realization of a series of projects in various segments of production and residential construction is planned.
